Rack Fitness Terms of Service

Rack Fitness is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless separate written terms are provided, use of Rack Fitness is governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement.

Subscriptions

Rack Fitness may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Fitness Information

Rack Fitness is for general workout tracking and training support. It is not medical advice. You are responsible for exercising safely and seeking professional advice where needed.

Rack Social and Community Standards

Rack Social is an optional workout-sharing community. You must not publish abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive or unlawful content, impersonate another person, harass other members or use the service for spam. Rack has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

You can report profiles, posts and comments and block other members in the app. Rack may review reports, remove content, restrict or suspend accounts and preserve limited moderation records where needed to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law. For urgent safety concerns or support, email support@getrackfitness.com.

Your Social Content and Account

You retain ownership of content you post and grant Rack a non-exclusive licence to store and display it for operation of Rack Social. Sharing is optional and the app shows the workout preview before publication. You can delete posts in the app and request full account deletion under Settings → Account.
